Welcome! My name is Ihmil Herndon. I was born and raised in Georgia, and my love for the arts began when I saw Spirited Away as a kid. I remember thinking that it must be magic, and wanting to create some of my own. Since then, I've been inseparable from my pens and pencils. I believe in writing what I know so that I can tell stories that resonate. I want to give those that come after me that same feeling I had watching Spirited Away all those years ago.

I graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design in Spring 2022 with a BFA in Animation. My focus is 2D Animation, but I've picked up some basic 3D skills too. My favorite thing about animation is the freedom it gives us in visual storytelling, from design to final compositing. Generally, if you can draw it, you can show it on screen.

Outside of work, I like to play video games, watch anime and cartoons, read, write, and draw (when I'm not resting my wrist!).
